Throughout the world, its principal business is to process payments between the banks of merchants and the card issuing banks or credit unions of the purchasers who use the "Mastercard" brand debit and credit cards to make purchases. My Responsibilities:

I am responsible for conducting regular team huddles and relaying process updates to the team.

Act as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery organization for all installation projects, testing the requested setup and monitoring project progress.

Managing Projects in SDLC phases: Project Initiation, Planning and Defining, Designing and Executing/Developing, Testing, and Project Launch.

Designing Implementation Plan for testing and production as per customer’s request. And create a task list (Program Charter)which provides an overall vision of the program goals and objectives to the team members.

In case of escalations, handling the issues on priority and make sure client’s query is resolved and assisting the Quality Auditor in maintaining and updating the escalation tracker and providing feedback to the client.

Preparing Governance Plan to identify the roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team to ensure higher efficiency and resource utilization.

Perform Risk Analysis to lists out potential problems and chances of deviance from the project methodology, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact, and possible solutions.

I always ensure that the assigned project has been completed within the specified TTM with the customer satisfaction. If there is anything new in the project scope always reach out to the SME for further information before proceeding with the project scope.

Provides project support by building centralized customer focused team that not only plan, negotiate and analyze projects, but also redress the project related concerns of the client. Developed a team of competent project managers through training and mentoring. Such project managers ensure implementation and maintenance of the project methodology and retain the team members’ focus on the tasks in hand.

Provides Work Breakdown Structure to define the specific deliverables due from each team member, at each stage of the project’s life cycle.

Establishes Communication Plan to provide the protocol, procedure, and methods to communicate project information and issues among members of the team. Creates Forms and Templates to simplify communication and maintain record-keeping and reporting. Carrer Achievements:
