Responsible for all Business Development, sales & marketing for these 2 start-ups that share the same ownership. SQfactory offers an app platform that facilitates app development and allows businesses to design custom utility applications within 30 days. Notable in-house apps include Yahbeez, Anchor ID, Circle of Trust, ProXPN, and Broadreach Medical Resources. 01America offers companies that sell through Amazon, eBay and other online retailers, a methodology through a proven algorithm to increase sales. In addition to framing their sales & marketing strategies targeting specific industry verticals, I’m responsible for customer acquisition.

Responsible for sales, marketing and retention for one of the nation's leading cloud-based business telephone system and internet provider. Sales responsibilities include setting KPIs for appointment setting, cold & warm calls, customer visits, demos, and customer acquisitions; supervise, motivate, and direct the sales team as well as the channel partners; and ensure that revenue goals are met or exceeded. Marketing responsibilities include lead generation through B2B email campaigns, SEO, paid search, Facebook ads, CPA techniques, and purchased business databases; modify the website and mobile site for better navigation and conversions; and continuously create new offers and promotions to increase sales and differentiate the company's products vis-a vis their competitors. These efforts resulted in a 50% increase in sales.

Responsible for business development in the Americas for one of the nation's largest ODM/OEM handset manufacturers. Have increased sales by 20% during my short tenure targeting operators, MVNOs, aggregators, enablers, major distributors, major retailers, and consumer brands (brand licensing agreements). Created new revenue streams as well as initiatives aimed at reducing churn and increasing handset acquisitions at the point-of-sale for our clients.
TracFone Wireless, Inc.
8/2012-4/2015 Director, Mobile Advertising
Responsible for the user-experience and mobile monetization of the portal for all 26 million TracFone Wireless handsets. This included content (e.g., entertainment, news, sports, trending topics, technology blogs relevant to our product line), mobile ads (video and banner), proprietary search, apps, games, 411, and link partnerships with the top mobile sites such as ESPN, CNN, Match.com, etc.; all resulting in a $24 million-dollar enterprise. I was responsible for acquiring advertising to fill our 20 million daily impressions by contracting ad campaigns from major corporations, ad agencies, DSPs, and ad networks. These features also served to increase acquisition and retention across all 6 TracFone brands. In addition, I was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the consumer loyalty program.

Brought new business to revive the struggling ad agency. In my short tenure, I acquired numerous clients surpassing their ability to handle any additional business. 2. 6/2010-2. 2. 6/2010 - 6/2011 Adsmedia Mobile Coral Gables, FL Responsible for establishing a mobile ad network in the US and Latin American for the Spanish-based mobile marketing company through strategic partnerships with traditional online ad networks.

Founded the company to provide Fortune 500 companies advertising and marketing services (specializing in digital media) in the US and Latin America. This included SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, content marketing, affiliate marketing, e-Commerce, Facebook advertising, social media, and mobile marketing (1st agency to offer this service). Accounts included: MCI, NCR, EDS, Panasonic, Apple, Sony, Yahoo, Estee Lauder, Avon, Ocean Spray, Burger King, VW, SunTrust Bank, Hilton Hotels, and Allstate Insurance. Sold company to Young & Rubicam. The covenants of the acquisition agreement prohibited me from being an employee or owner of an ad agency; thus, my entry into the consulting business primarily serving ad agencies and telecommunication companies.
