Duration: 30 days.

Purpose: To learn about the production of steel products such as Rolls, TMT bars, sheets, billets and cold rolled sheets for automobiles and electrical steel from various processes involved for the conversion of raw materials by using modern manufacturing techniques.

Description: Starting from the raw materials, the raw materials are handled by raw material handling equipment and coal is supplied to coke oven plant whereas iron ores are sent to pellet plants and sinter plants to form sinter and pellets. The sinter and pellets are put into blast furnace with coke for production of molten metal and converted to steel through Steel melting shop, that can be cooled and forged by machines to form various products. Project Title: AIR COOLING THROUGH SUSPENSION SYSTEMS. Description:

This project is totally based upon using the suspension energy that is wasted in vehicles while running or anywhere else, for extra cooling using coolant as water and an alternative method that can act as an air cooler.

This system is assembled with different types of heat exchangers air cylinders to compare the effectiveness of them to produce cooling.

This is a non-conventional energy means that has a good future scope and development. Team Size: 4
