functions for all divisions of The Aristotle Corporation which included 7 US locations and 1
Canadian facility. Fulfill all duties of Human Resources Director for Nasco Fort Atkinson
location.
Worked with division managers on the proper procedures for hiring, termination, disciplinary
actions, job performance evaluations and annual job performance reviews. Followed all state
and federal rules and regulations when completing any of the procedures listed. Assisted with
training of all supervisory personnel in these areas.

and documents are maintained at each division including application forms, job descriptions,
benefits administration, employee handbooks, and required state mandated programs.
Maintain all government reporting requirements, annual reports including OSHA, VETS, EEOC,
Affirmative Action, and any other government reporting. Audited divisions to ensure compliance
with each of the programs required.
Benefits Administration worked with the Corporate Benefits Specialist to oversee the
administration of the benefit programs and to communicate effectively the benefits to new hire
enrollments, annual open enrollments, and changes in benefit plans.
