To Prepare Rebar placing drawings and bar bending schedule as per detailing standards, using AutoCAD and CADS RC (or) Rebar CAD. (Software generates Bar Bending Schedule automatically).

To take Manual BBS on demand.

Well-versed in ACI Codes and BS 8666-2005 Codes. (Good Knowledge in IS Codes).

To Prepare General arrangement drawing by referring Structural, Architectural and MEP drawings.

Responsible for Scheduling & Assigning work to the team & executing the work with quality on time.

To Raise RFI on technical mismatch or missing information in the drawings to the consultant. Responsible in chasing the RFI to get comments early to generate work front to the team.

To visit site frequently (once in a week), clear doubts of execution team on the drawings and get a feedback on Errors made on drawings and analyze the way to avoid it in future.

Guiding Production team on steel wastage & process flow of production.
