Established the Project Management Organization (PMO) Operations group at Tyco Submarine Systems. This led to exceptional Service Levels for Maintenance & Repair of undersea cable systems.

Employee of the month at SRI in 2011 for spearheading a process group team in conjunction with the Quality organization for the readiness for Capability Mature Model Integration (CMMI) certifications. This achieved the Government requirements that allowed SRI to obtain bid for DOD contracts. Three of the four required focus projects that were selected for audit were mine based on thoroughness. The same effort for recertification in 2014 where three of my projects were selected.

Established the Configuration & Software Release Management group at 4D Security Solutions. My group received Raytheon’s highest approval rating from their Factory Acceptance report card.

Kaizen (Process Improvement) Award in 2010 for recreating all work flows for SRI’s entire Products & Services division.

Senior Project Manager-Fleet Operations

Successfully planned and executed the installations and activations of over 50 Smart Key Management Systems at Verizon Construction, Installation & Maintenance sites in the Northeast region. This involved the complete coordination of real estate operations, IT, logistics, supplier management, network management, and the manufacturer. Onsite turn up, configuration, & training of local management for all systems. Large volumes of data on site specifics, vehicle and technician data, safety DOT requirements. This effort achieved full monitoring of all assets at these sites.

Rewrote all Fleet Management Smart Key System installation, turn up, & configuration procedures which

Achieved ease of field operations and significant reduction in maintenance expenses.

Created a Global Maintenance Plan for the portfolio of over 150 Smart Key Management Systems based on warranty expirations and service calls. This saves the company $12K/System/Year in replacements and ongoing service calls.

Co-implemented quarterly audits for all 150+ deployed systems to true-up all asset data due to constant turnover and transfer of vehicles and technicians. This achieved low defects and the opportunity to auction/sell off an average of 1 underutilized vehicles/site/ per quarter, averaging 600 vehicles/year, amounting to $15M off the company books.

Managed all firmware and software upgrades for all deployed systems & upgrades to Fleet Analytics dashboards for improved retrieval of key data and improved reporting.

As Senior Project Manager of Operations, responsible for the management of all Operations & Maintenance Agreements including Backhaul facilities, civil works for cable station build outs, & colocation Agreements. Portfolio of Programs included High profile complex undersea projects - Atlantic Crossing I ($1.2B) for Global Crossing, Hibernia US-Ireland ($630M) for Worldwide Fiber, Pacific Crossing I ( $800M) for Global Crossing, Tyco Global Network ($1B), AC-1 Operations & Maintenance Contract ($100M).

As a Senior Project Manager of Engineering, responsibilities included the contract management of the Atlantic Crossing (AC-1) system which included the development of project schedules for marine engineering, undersea cable routing and selection, undersea repeater development, cable manufacturing, cable ship operations, and undersea cable placement
