Description: This project incorporates the effect Soil Structure interaction on seismic performance of the structure is considered and designed the building for Life safety performance objective. Nonlinear dynamic analyses with seven time history records are used for analysis with default hinge properties. A comparative study is done on the basis of damage parameters and time period between flexible base models with fixed base model. After that design is carried out for desired performance objective.
