Coordinate with design team to prepare Piping Plans, Piping Layout, Equipment Layout, and ISO Drawings. Reviewing P & ID’s. Equipment Drawings and Structural Drawings
Total 56 KM of pipe lines erected in this project (Gasoline, Diesel, benzene and etc….)
Carried out Detail Design of Plant piping and Pipe Lines.
Preparing piping safety instruction sheets with the required calculations for pipe wall thickness, Maximum allowable operation pressure (MAOP), and test pressure.
Installation of piping system, tanks and steel structures by using Plan, Isometric drawings and P&ID’s.
Supervise all Mechanical/Piping/Structural Construction activities to ensure all the works are carried out as per the project specification and schedule.
