Responsibilities_ UMNH D econtaminate and sterilize instruments, medical supplies and equipment, and assembling, I work independently on wrapping and sterilizing trays of instruments. I followed all proper Standard Precautions while in decontamination and sterilization areas. I monitored biological and chemical wash solution to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments and medical equipment. I Sorted mismatched sets of instruments, trays, and medical equipment and was responsible for storing, complete sets of instruments after the instruments went through decontamination and sterile processing in a timely manner. I was incharge of restock, labels, and maintaining inventory, also submitting requisitions when necessary, I collected and distributed instruments, trays, crash carts, and facility medical equipment. 5. I performed environmental maintenance duties and assisted in maintaining inventory levels in sterile processing, in the operating room, and in equipment storage areas. Responsibilities _ I ntel semiconductor I am responsible for major troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of the CVD Vector toolset delivering timely resolution to issues without incident or injury. During my employment at Intel I have achieved certification on safety level signoff 1, 2, and 3. I was a participant in meeting the goals of 2D on the AMAT XR80/Quantum implanters. I aided in the installation of the VIM implanter which was required for the 1266 process. I joined CVD dielectrics in 2H 2009 and have completed my level 1 and 2 certification of 1266/1268/1269 and Intel required courses. I am talented, energetic and personable technician. I am knowledgeable about job requirements and goals and use my experience in being a supportive factor of the team goals throughout the years. I completed SL1’s on both HIM 135 and 137. I completed design level II class. I successfully completed the L1 install class which aids in identifying the hazards to aid in a safer workplace. I successfully Demo and moved out HIM 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 123, 122, 121, 120, 300mm in Fab11X. I have 15 years of Implant experience with Intel ranging from technical services, Demo services, and process coordinator. I have developed new technical skills which enabled him to be an active participant in Fab 7, Fab 9, Fab 11 and Fab 11X. I continue to obtain various certifications needed to fulfill the acquired level 3 certification quals on Varian, and Applied implanters, which was essential in the demolition but was a needed asset in the installation of the implanters in Fab 11X, 1266 Implant area. CVD Process/Preventive Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance Certification: I am certified for both Front End and Back End CVD. I achieved the ability and knowledge to manage both command centers PM Team training and support: I completed training on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team I work with the team supporting successful green to green performance on numerous completed PMs. I help the team when ever PM’s were stacked on the shift and resources were not adequate. CM Team certification and integration : I successfully completed certification on CVD Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities and have integrated to the team as a self-reliant member. I have been able to complete major CM tasks that have been given to me on a daily basis. I support the CVDph Level 2 task force with engagement and execution on key items to support task forces results. Safety: I have completed all required safety classes and have worked throughout the year incident and injury free. I also completed SCANDO’s as chase owner of bay 317 resolving any housekeeping and layout issues.
Role model MBPS: I partnered with senior equipment peers and learned how to use Model Based Problem solving (MBPS) as a tool to resolve difficult equipment issues. I am able to define the problem statement and build models

Equipment Experience: I have 30 years of equipment experience, within and outside of the CVD organization which has allowed me to quickly learn maintenance activities for CVD and move into the CM team to support resourcing needs.
I completed the CVD Silver Tool training program and developed an expertise on the Novellus Vector toolset. I completed the equipment assessment and have continue to solicit training from my peers to close any gaps identified and I have achieved Level 3 Equipment certification I successfully demonstrated that my accomplishments in supporting the Front End Command Center and I have contributed to the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance teams. Customer Orientation:
I was solely assigned the responsibility of creating and designing a safety lift for the CVD isolation valve, which made it safer for CVD technician to install and remove the valve without injuring of any of my per technician when needed to remove this type of valve. I am always willing to lend a hand and support my team members and engineering with any help needed. I received recognition for the support and give willingness to participate. I am knowledgeable about job requirements and goals and have used my experience in being a supportive factor in the dielectrics team goals through the 2009. I completed all the CVD level 1 certification classes and have completed all safety classes which aids in identifying the hazards to aid in a safer workplace. I completed certifications for 2D Demo along with the completion of Level 1 install course. I have continued to develop a greater understanding of the operation of the equipment in Fab11X. I completed the F11x CVD silver tool training and PM team training. I completed the lean experience class. As the CVDxi aligned technician, I ensured that this 2OAK tool set has maintained availability, CT and cost during shift 7 Result and Impact:
