Brookdale Roseville- Memory Care August 2016 - March 2018 Health and Wellness Director. Supervised direct care staff to include training, hiring, and scheduling of all clinical staff. Managed and coordinated care of memory care residents between multiple disciplines to include, primary care physicians, podiatrist, home health agencies, hospice care, and physical/occupational/speech therapy.
