Assisted with month end close by requesting the statement of accounts and preparing monthly accruals. Set up purchase orders at the beginning of the year to tie to the AOP, amended POs throughout the year when needed. Tracked and reported earned hours, lines per hour and headcount metrics on the daily dashboard.
