Coastal Metal Products designs, fabricates, and installs Custom Designed as well as Standard Picket, Glass, and Lateral Rail
Systems to the New Construction and Retro-Fit markets. In addition they design, fabricate, and install Commercial Grade
trellises, louvers, vents and many other decorative aluminum elements. All systems are welded construction, built to Florida
Building Code and Miami Dade Protocol Engineering requirements. AMF also specializes in the manufacture of aluminum
Hurricane impact and decorative shutters.
I was involved through entire design process. From beginning stages, meeting with customer, determining size and specification specifics, to preparing submittal / approval drawings, to preparing fabrication drawings, to eventually preparing field / installation drawings.
I performed dimensional inspections in shop after components were fit up and tack welded, before full welding to insure tolerance compliance.
I worked directly with sales department, preparing proposal drawings.
Part of my responsibilities were to sometimes take field measurements, for new projects or existing equipment to be retro-fit with new components.

Turner Envirologic designs, fabricates, and installs large industrial pollution control equipment, including, but not limited to, Industrial Exhaust Stacks and Accessories, including Sampling Ports, Platforms, and Ladders, SCR Systems (Selective Catalytic Reduction), Scrubbers, Oxidizers, Dampers, Expansion Joints, RTO’S (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers), Venturi Scrubbers, Baghouses,and CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems).

As project manager was involved immediately upon contract signing, through all stages of approval drawings, shop fabrication drawings, subcontractor meetings, and overseeing the installation process, dealing with vendors, owners, architects, and engineers.

I work directly with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors in all aspects and phases of work orders, from estimating through final construction.
