Process Engineer (Specialist/Technical authority)- Petronas Carigali Malaysia Technical professional/Authority(TP/TA) for Baronia rejuvenation Project (including sup- port/review/approval for the deliverables such as BoD, process simulation report, PFD, M&HB, P&IDs, C &EM, hydraulic study, data sheets, CFD for separators, equipment adequacy study, etc). Senior Process Engineer ( British Petroleum Egypt) Seconded to Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company (GUPCO - BP JV) - 9 offshore complexes, 100 satel- lites, three oil reception facilities, sour gas treatment plant, five gas plants, two water flood plants and more than 5,000 km onshore/offshore pipelines ( gas, oil, water and multiphase). Process Engineer (Egyptian LNG is a JV between EGPC, BG and PETRONAS) Two LNG production trains using Phillips Optimized Cascade technology with a capacity of 3.6 MMTPA per train ( total feed gas 1,300 MMSCFD). Each train includes separation, diglycol amine, molecular sieve, mercury removal units and propane, ethylene and methane refrigeration systems, frac- tionation, in addition to common LNG / refrigerant storages, LNG loading and utilities. Engineer in charge of many Management of Change (MOCs). Supported ( prepare scope of work, deliverables review, etc.) many projects (dryer coalescer filter for two trains, inlet filter separator for two trains, propane purifier unit for optimizing the refrigera- tion package, waste heat recovery and new boil off gas (BOG) compressor, pulse jet air dryer for turbo-compressors, etc.).
Supported (prepare scope of work, deliverables development, etc.) many in house pro- jects/modifications (waste oil transfer pump, NGL transfer pumps, PSVs sizing, etc.). Provided support to process safety management system (MOC, Risk assessment, operating proce- dure, Pre-start up safety review, RCFA, etc.).
Supported the flare study (wet flare and dry flare study for both trains) including scope of work preparation, collecting the study inputs, deliverables review, study outcomes implementation. Reviewed the blow down system performance (Peak depressurization flow, pressure profile and temperature profile) using dynamic depressurization utility in HYSYS.
