General Manager, Hanover Homes North Corporation (, Wilkes-Barre, PA


Leader of a team of twenty employees in all phases of the construction process including sales, advertising, marketing and promotion, administrative and financial responsibilities, construction management, job cost estimating, drafting & design, building code regulations, energy efficient building methods and homeowner warranty program procedures.

Developed and instituted a computerized ‘Warranty Control’ plan which initially monitored and managed approximately 300 homeowners enrolled in the company’s in-house warranty program.
