•Asset Management: Located surplus equipment incurring depreciation that avoided unnecessary write-offs projected to cost company millions each year. This lead to the idea, development and management of the ARC (Asset Resource Center); an asset tracking/utilization resource operation I created from scratch and was responsible to build based on my research of lost opportunities and new business development. This business recovered under utilized systems and materials for restoration and redistribution back into operating environment as functional. Previously, this surplus was sitting around, and getting lost or stolen. The operation began reducing company write-offs, evading new purchases and depreciation by recycling pre-owed hardware following a Q/A testing cycle; thus, achieved a savings of $7M during the first year and fiscal quarter of operations. ARC continued to excel until I was promoted into a Program Manager position.

•As Program Manager of mobile computing; Featured in a 1997 Mobile Computing magazine cover story for delivering Sun’s global remote program SNAP (Sun’s Nomadic Access Program). A multi-million dollar global initiative collaborating Sun and Microsoft technologies into one synchronized dual-boot PC and desktop system.

•Created an environment of high performance for product teams, ensuring on-time and in-budget completion of multiple simultaneous product development/releases through all phases of the project life cycle including disaster recovery programs for the United States, Europe, and Pacific Rim/Asia.
