I have successfully operated as a multi-clinic DaVita Facility Administrator and as a Regional Operations Director for the Greater Birmingham Alabama and Middle Georgia market for a combined six and a half years. As you can see from my resume, I have experience operating a $50mm P&L with extensive multi-site expertise. I was the lead instructor for all management training in my region and am the regional lead for the implementation of new De Novo clinics and the physician relationships that go with them. At ResCare I restructured a broken team, solved strategic growth problems achieving the highest growth rate in the Eastern U.S. two months in a row setting a company record and positioned the operation for future growth by creating a resourceful workflow and method of tracking.
