Human resources leader strategic business partner supporting 5 sites across Massachusetts with approximately 160 employees. Partnered with corporate and division leadership teams in driving HR initiatives throughout the sites.

Site Human Resources Management: As part of the site leadership team and the divisional human resources team, rolled out and led corporate initiatives at the site level. Initiatives included employee surveys and creating site action plans, careers in motion promoting internal career planning, administering & managing performance and total compensation programs and a variety of other corporate and site initiatives. Worked closely with managers and directors to ensure all initiatives rollouts were successful.
Partnered with both site managers and division leadership teams to ensure business unit is meeting key objectives for all aspects of the business. Participated in management meetings, strategy meetings and global HR meetings.
Employee Relations: Managed all employee relation issues for the five sites. Partner with managers in understanding and resolving site employee relation issues. Conduct investigations, provide quick and expert solutions to the management team, supervisory staff, and employees on often complex employee relation matters.

policies, processes and expectations. Resolve that followed policies, legal obligations and our commitment to

Crane Aerospace & Electronics – Chandler AZ July 2013 to February 2017
Human resources leader providing day to day human resources management support for two Crane facilities
with approximately 120 employees. Worked in the Beverly MA site managing plant shut down and then
transferred to the Chandler, AZ site.
Site Human Resources Management: As part of the site leadership team would collaborate on Crane
Corporate and Group human resources strategies, projects and programs with site managers and leaders. Work with management team in monthly business review meetings, involving key decisions and meeting the objectives for the site.

General Dynamics - Nashua, NH January 2012 to July 2013
Contract position through Aerotech. Managed the day-to-day human resources function for 200 employees
during the company's acquisition of General Dynamics, formally known as Axysis Technologies.
Benefits Administration: Provided benefits assistance to employees on a day to day basis. Worked with
corporate benefits staff in resolving issues, answering questions and educating employees on the new processes.
Employee Relations: Resolve employee relations issues/conflicts. Expert in conducting internal investigations
and determining appropriate action. Recommend employee separations, disciplinary actions, transfers,
promotions and other organizational related transactions. Provide coaching to managers/supervisors on
handling sensitive employee relation issues as well as provide immediate counseling as needed.
Talent Management: Work with management on all staffing/organizational development needs including
downsizing/rightsizing as required; performance issues and compensation issues.

Saint Gobain Performance Plastics - Merrimack, NH July 2007 to September 2010
Provided human resource leadership for approximately 250 manufacturing and salaried employees. Partnered
with corporate HR, site management and other teams addressing business-wide issues/projects drive
critical core processes (Salary Planning, Performance & Development, Key Performance Indicators and
Workforce Development). Managed one Human Resources Generalist, one Administrative Assistant and one
Receptionist.
Employee Relations: Managed all employee relation issues for facility on employee relation issues
often including very complex issues. Provided expert advice that followed policies, legal obligations and
our commitment to our employees. Conducted in-depth investigations and determine appropriate proper
disciplinary actions are followed as according to the policies set in place and to ensure consistency.
Talent Management: Managed the complete employment process including organizational planning, on
boarding/exit process, full-cycle recruitment including international recruiting. Developed recruiting strategies
to consistently meet monthly recruitment goals, including diversity initiatives set by Corporate Saint Gobain.
Guided the performance review process. Implemented all corporate training initiatives for forecasting as well
as worked with senior staff on succession planning.
Compliance Management: Audited and managed all training records to ensure accurate records, OSHA
required training, necessary ISO certification documentation and required training took place. Responsible for
tracking and filing all OSHA documentation to State as well as review all accidents, first aids and near misses.
Educated managers on union prevention behaviors, current laws/potential legal changes and corporate
practices. Prepared informational union presentation for plant manager to present to manufacturing employees
so they understand what their rights are.
HRIS/Payroll: Utilizing Kronos and PeopleSoft oversaw the payroll process for the site facility. Prepared
numerous reports for measuring Key HR & Production Performance factors.
Consultant - Human Resources Manager
Collins and Aikman - Farmington, NH February 2006 to July 2007
Managed human resources payroll and safety functions including a staff of four for approximately 400
employees across multiple locations within New Hampshire while the company went of business nation-wide. Primary function was to assist in the plant closures of 3 sites.
Worked with local managers, senior management and the corporate office in Michigan to establish reasonable timelines for department shut downs and "lights out" date. Managed Safety Manager, Human Resources Generalist and a Registered Nurse.
Strategic Planning: Worked with site and corporate management in ensuring high demand production
numbers where met prior to shut down.
Government Compliance: Assured all local, state and federal requirements were being upheld; worked closely
with the State of New Hampshire in our goal of re-employing close to 400 employees. Ensured employees
understand what they were entitled to and how to apply for any and all state benefits they may be eligible for.
Successfully managed the WARN Act notification process several times at multiply locations based on
business need. Worked diligently with state officials to successfully obtain Trade Act Benefits for the New
Hampshire employees.
Worked closely with the New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development in setting
up reverse job fairs, resume writing classes and interview preparation workshops.
