Prepared and delivered training, policy work, facility audits, and other needs for a group of up to 8 Farmers Cooperatives. I have extensive experience with OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, Homeland Security, and various state agencies. I represented clients in inspections by federal agencies and insurance loss control representatives. I have represented clients in closing conferences and legal depositions, often reducing the economic impact of these events by 50% or more. I had sole responsibility for all new hire and seasonal employee training. I performed audits in various departments with full written reports to management. I am proficient in accident investigation and root cause analysis. I excel at communicating complicated regulations to entry level employees so it is understood. I was instrumental in slashing loss ratios by 30-60% fostering a return of competition to the insurance market in our industry.
