● Managing commercial credit relationships by securing: vehicle loans, credit lines, equipment leases, VCA/GAP contracts, via gathering financial packages: (P&L, Balance Sheet, Performa’s, fico, scorex, personal assets and liabilities) analyzing and collaborating with underwriters to decision and service client credit needs.

● Proactively performing HR responsibilities: hiring new talent, developing and promoting staff, disciplining and terminating if necessary.

● Managing service and sales staff through coaching, motivating and training to successfully achieve goals and customer satisfaction via organization synergy.

● Extensive TPA and F&I experience by communicating a thorough explanation of purchase agreement and deal documents, and value of TPA products (VSA,GAP, MBI ) policies and coverages, while maintaining an efficient work flow of all finance processes.

● Complying with Federal, State, and local regulations that affect new and pre-owned finance departments.
