Roles and Responsibilities

Create Script e-learning courses and create ILT course materials (PPTs, Simulation guides)

Think of various instructional design strategies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Cognition Theory, MERILL’s Principals of Instruction design) and identify the one that best applies to our content.
