Successfully eliminated 3rd shift at 2 hospitals thereby standardizing best practice across network and saving $300K/yr.

Coordinated efforts between Central Purchasing group in San Antonio, TX (Capital buyers) and local buyers (Bill Onlys, Facilities and non-file POs) to ensure accurate payment of 1000+ vendors on a timely basis minimizing accruals and other exceptions. Eliminated 3 buyer positions saving $250K.

Absorbed Network Couriers (10 drivers and 1 dispatcher) to ensure critical items are delivered in a timely manner between hospitals, associated service facilities and doctor’s offices.
