**Extensive experience across all Integrated Product Support Elements**
Product Support Management – Supervised as many as 140 maintenance personnel across the Mechanical, CNC Machining, Electro-Mechanical, Laser & Thermal Optical, Digital Electronic, and Calibration Maintenance Community(s). Performed all required administrative and performance reporting on all personnel. Led up to (283) Contract Logistic Support providers in a Direct Combat Support, and Defense Acquisition Logistics environment. Created, edited, and published all Defense Acquisition Program documents including but not limited to: Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Material Fielding Plan, Obsolescence Management Plan (DMSMS), Post Implementation Review, Facilities Impact Report, Technical Manuals, Modification Work Orders, Depot Maintenance Source of Repair Plan, Manpower & Training Plan, Product Supportability Assessment, Manpower Estimate Report, and Service Support & Sustainment Agreement.
Design Interface – Provided Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability assessment on a wide range of Primary End Item and Integrated System programs across the mechanical, electro-mechanical, and on/off board digital systems. Responsible for “Design In Support” for digital sense/respond based weapon system prognostic/diagnostics indication system installed on combat vehicles.
Sustaining Engineering – Authored Obsolescence Management Plan and Maintenance Trend Failure Replacement Strategy for a series of mechanical and digital integrated component systems. Performed material and manufacturing replacement research for updates to legacy systems.
Supply Support – Developed wholesale and retail (including user level) supply chain strategy for multiple complex systems within DoD and the private sector. Performed engineering data analysis for system Top Down/Break Down and Integrated Bill of Material assessment to facilitate maintenance tasks to support emerging weapon systems. Generated data sets for ingestion by the Defense Logistics Information System to populate long-term global supply chain sources and near-term initial fielding and user test support requirements.
Maintenance Planning & Management – Expert on End Item and Integrated System Supportability Assessment. Executed thousands of complex maintenance tasks on mechanical, electro-mechanical, laser/thermal optical, and digital electronic systems and components. Systems include but are not limited to: Stationary and Mobile Ground Weapons, Maritime Systems, Aviation Systems, and Spacecraft Systems. Authored numerous equipment modification installation, and new capability maintenance plans for operator, organizational, intermediate, and depot level support strategies. Served on the U.S. Marine Corps Realignment of Maintenance Integrated Product Team as a Maintenance and Supply Support Subject Matter Expert.
Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T) – Conducted packaging for transportation strategy on sensitive computer/network assets for deployment and egress from austere environmental conditions. Coordinated PHS&T plans for an integrated safety modification to combat vehicles. The plan maximized component integrity and reliability during transit, while minimizing post installation packaging waste. Created a MIL-STD 810G deployment structure for the Marine Corps Topographic Production Capability allowing for strategic map-making capability on an asymmetrical battlefield. This provided accurate and reliable SIGINT and HUMINT to be translated geometrically and geographically to give combat commanders real time intelligence early in mission planning.
Technical Data – Executed engineering data analysis on a variety of ground, air, and maritime weapon systems per applicable military and engineering standards. Translated complex engineering drawings and part listing from requirements to capabilities, and created operator and maintainer technical publications for support of equipment sets. Supervised Human Factors analysis using engineering drawings and legacy equipment sets to generate executable integration strategies for new equipment sets. Executed Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) assessments as well as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) using generated models and drawing set to ensure support capabilities could be executed per applicable enterprise directives.
Support Equipment – Performed Job Task & Maintenance Task Analyses for Tool, and Test Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment requirement validation on a variety of ground, air, and maritime weapon systems. Built and verified, via LOGDEMO, support equipment sets for new equipment fielding; as well as updated legacy test equipment using modern technology.
Training & Training Support – Created Manpower Training Analysis/Plan (MPTA/P) for new capability. Chaired new equipment Manpower & Training Integrated Product Team with team members from the education/training, sustainment, headquarters manpower, and user community. Supervised and executed New Equipment Training Team(s) during multiple equipment fielding events ensuring operator and maintenance personnel were equipped for new equipment sets.
Manpower & Personnel – Created Manpower Estimate Report (MER) to ensure new capability requirements could be supported by the current enterprise infrastructure. Member of multiple Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Course Curriculum Review Board(s) to assess current individual training standards against new capability requirements. This information was translated into the Job/Maintenance Task Analysis for each equipment set RAM study to ensure training would be sufficient for operators and maintenance personnel.
Facilities & Infrastructure – Initiated Facilities Impact Report for new capability to provide data set to the Program Manager for MILCON and other associated funding validation. Performed node verification to ensure Network Operations Center (NOC) for local command could support any IT or processor based resource part of new equipment prior to fielding. Completed National Environmental Protections Agency (NEPA) compliance package for program validation of any hazardous material or equipment operations/maintenance by product requiring physical disposition. This verified all current operational and industrial hazards and hazardous materials were properly accounted for using local policy and procedures.
Computer Resources – Completed Information Technology assessment for all new capability requirements. This includes but is not limited to: user requirements (capability and geography), network requirements (user load and onboard application requirements), and environmental requirements vs. equipment capability. Supervised application framework and debug for new equipment training software – this ensured coding method was properly documented and any/all construct source code was properly stored for maintenance and scalability. Ensured all material across a globally fielded system was properly accounted for IAW enterprise policy and procedures – this included program and government owned vendor item spares.
