1. Project Title: ADAPTIVE GUIDANCE SYSTEM

Organization: ASHOK LEYLAND

Description:

Designed and fabricated a guidance system in engine washing machine which holds good for both A and B engine blocks being manufactured in Ashok Leyland. This led to an huge increase in production rate which was a major problem in Ashok Leyland hosur unit-I.

2. PROJECT TITLE:

TAYLOR BUBBLE BEHAVIOR AT LIQUID-LIQUID INTERFACE: SOME INVESTIGATION AND REVIEW Description:

The behavior and fluid dynamics of the taylor bubble was studied in different diameter tubes and the velocity, length, temperature changes after the water-petrol, water-diesel interface is studied. This data can be interpreted in all petroleum industries, boilers, condenser’s, cryogenic plants, bubble pumps. A research paper on this is under review and yet to be published. CURRENTLY WORKING ON:

1. Theoretical analysis of transition boiling

2. Determination of flash points at low temperature and low pressure which can be used in setting safety standards of fuels.
