Directly responsible for sales for our units in Austin and College Station, TX. End-user utilization of Salesforce.com platform to log customer contact and to move our customers through the sales cycle. Developed a unit-specific sales strategy and ensured execution of the plan to grow sales and community relationships while acting as a liaison between our customer and our deli management team who executed on product delivery to our customers.

Focused on acquisition of first time customers by prospecting, conducting online research, and utilizing my professional network. Grew off-premise business by 8% by introducing new items and meal segments to our existing customer base thus adding to average order value and increasing order frequency. Connected with first-time customers to collect feedback and gain a commitment for future needs.
