OBJECTIVE: To obtain a Training/Service manager position in the Heating and Air Conditioning service field.
QUALIFICATIONS: I have worked in the service industry for my entire career. I started as an appliance installer, to the position of service manager for a HVAC contractor. Technically proficient in servicing HVAC equipment up to 30 tons, heat pump systems, and gas fired heating equipment, with strong troubleshooting, and electrical skills. As well as technical support to technicians. And carrying on the training tech’s today desperately require.

I serviced and maintained HVAC equipment. Provided customer relations, solved difficult problems the other technicians had problems with. Participated on the 24-hour emergency service rotation.

I was a start up technician installing controls (Allerton DDC) in new installations. Position also required mechanical start up, and warranty servicing of equipment. Provided 24-hour emergency service.
