OBJECTIVE: To obtain a Training/Service manager position in the Heating and Air Conditioning service field.

QUALIFICATIONS: I have worked in the service industry for my entire career. I started as an appliance installer, to the position of service manager for a HVAC contractor. Technically proficient in servicing HVAC equipment up to 30 tons, heat pump systems, and gas fired heating equipment, with strong troubleshooting, and electrical skills. As well as technical support to technicians. And carrying on the training tech’s today desperately require.

2006-2017 Customer Assurance Carrier Florida and Carrier Enterprise. I was resonsponsable for training the dealer technihains. Handling upper level customer support. As well as, Prividing technicail support for Carrier, Bryant. and Payne equipment. Handle and resolving issues with the manufacture products.

I am presently a senior technician providing HVAC service to residential and commercial customers. Also provide technical assistance to other technicians. Recently completed training in becoming an instructor to other technicians

I was overseeing field operations along with resolving difficult situations with equipment, and customers. I work with the General Manager in setting up service procedures, and technical training. Also review service tickets, and start-up data.

I am responsible for overseeing, the HVAC service department. Some of the responsibilities are providing technical assistance to technicians and customers. Selling service agreements (which have doubled), writing flat rate price books, pricing replacement equipment for light commercial and residential jobs working with the dispatcher scheduling work. 1996-2001 Service Technician, Bell Energy Management Inc.

I serviced and maintained HVAC equipment. Provided customer relations, solved difficult problems the other technicians had problems with. Participated on the 24-hour emergency service rotation.

I was a start up technician installing controls (Allerton DDC) in new installations. Position also required mechanical start up, and warranty servicing of equipment. Provided 24-hour emergency service.
