Facilities Management

. Currently oversee 15 construction Projects ranging from 50,000 to a complete exterior rehab for 650,000.00

●Daily operations for residential apartment complexes up to 800+ units, school facilities of 175,000 square feet and a mall of 800,000 square feet.

●Vendor and contract management experience – including receiving bids, coordinating and executing project to completion.

●Capital improvement projects - including implementation of lock change-out locks for 20,000 units on 65 properties - completed under budget of $250,000 and ahead of schedule, 90 days.

●Attended school board meetings - requested by school Superintendent to successfully lobby and receive $10 million in additional funds for the district.

●Plan and execute layout of rooms for functions of up to 3,000 people, with short turnaround times.
