Responsibilities included coordinating all word processing activities for the Project. This entailed writing sophisticated glossaries (programs), maintaining project specifications, logs, line lists, equipment data sheets, purchase orders, resumes, forms, studies, tables, reports, meeting minutes and other documents requiring processing within specified deadlines. Establish and maintain an electronic storage and filing system, and kept an accurate log of all work processed daily. Identify and correct typographical, grammatical, and format problems to assure error-free documentation. Working closely with all disciplines to ensure all word processing needs were met.
