● My office emphasizes real estate, general business and probate, representing individuals and businesses in connection with their real estate, business and personal affairs. My practice includes forming business entities such as corporations, llc's and partnerships; negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases and loan documentation; representing developers and contractors; preparing condominium documents; and advising shopping center owners and tenants including handling lease negotiations and drafting.

● Additionally owned and operated for eight years a full service escrow company which First American Title Insurance Company purchased in May 2001 after eight years of successful closings.

● Original member of the Board of Directors of North Kitsap County Habitat for Humanity. Served as local counsel since the inception of Habitat for Humanity for Kitsap County which provides affordable housing to qualified individuals willing to provide sweat equity. Prepared all of the documents for the sale of each home in Kitsap County. Continue to work with the local office to ensure that all of its legal needs are met promptly and effectively.

● The Office of Disaster Assistance's mission is to provide low-interest disaster loans to businesses of all sizes, private non-profit organizations, homeowners, and renters to repair or replace real estate, personal property, machinery & equipment, inventory and business assets that have been damaged or destroyed in a declared disaster.

● After witnessing the devastating impact of Hurricanes Harvey, Maria and Irma I joined the SBA temporarily as an Attorney 3 and serve as a case manager working with borrowers who have been approved for disaster loans to rebuild from the devastating effects of those disasters. In my work I communicate directly with the borrowers and assist them in meeting the conditions of their loans and then disburse the funds to them so they can rebuild their homes and businesses.

BOVINO AND ASSOCIATES, 600 East Hopkins Avenue, Suite 301, Aspen, CO 81611 (of counsel from 2012 to 2017)

● Served of-counsel with the firm handling all of its real estate transaction. Worked principally with a national bank association preparing its loan documents and working with the bank’s closers and title companies to fund and close loan transaction ranging from $200,000 to $3 million dollars. Additionally represented firm’s client who acquired franchised hotel locations in various states including Texas, California and Colorado, including negotiating purchase agreements, preparing entity documents and negotiating financing agreements with lenders.

● Founder, owner and sole shareholder of Ainsley Exchange Services, Inc.

● Ainsley Exchange Services provided Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Accommodation Services which allowed taxpayers to deferred capital gains tax otherwise due on the sale of investment or commercial real estate. During its existence, Ainsley Exchange Services held and invested over $20,000,000 in sale proceeds and successfully completed each exchange entrusted to it.
