● The Office of Disaster Assistance's mission is to provide low-interest disaster loans to businesses of all sizes, private non-profit organizations, homeowners, and renters to repair or replace real estate, personal property, machinery & equipment, inventory and business assets that have been damaged or destroyed in a declared disaster.

● After witnessing the devastating impact of Hurricanes Harvey, Maria and Irma I joined the SBA temporarily as an Attorney 3 and serve as a case manager working with borrowers who have been approved for disaster loans to rebuild from the devastating effects of those disasters. In my work I communicate directly with the borrowers and assist them in meeting the conditions of their loans and then disburse the funds to them so they can rebuild their homes and businesses.

BOVINO AND ASSOCIATES, 600 East Hopkins Avenue, Suite 301, Aspen, CO 81611 (of counsel from 2012 to 2017)

● Served of-counsel with the firm handling all of its real estate transaction. Worked principally with a national bank association preparing its loan documents and working with the bank’s closers and title companies to fund and close loan transaction ranging from $200,000 to $3 million dollars. Additionally represented firm’s client who acquired franchised hotel locations in various states including Texas, California and Colorado, including negotiating purchase agreements, preparing entity documents and negotiating financing agreements with lenders.

● Founder, owner and sole shareholder of Ainsley Exchange Services, Inc.

● Ainsley Exchange Services provided Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Accommodation Services which allowed taxpayers to deferred capital gains tax otherwise due on the sale of investment or commercial real estate. During its existence, Ainsley Exchange Services held and invested over $20,000,000 in sale proceeds and successfully completed each exchange entrusted to it.
