Title: Friction Stir Welding of Dissimilar Metals (Al-Cu Alloy)

Description:

Components made by joining different materials are required in various engineering applications. Fabrication of such components is a challenging task due to the vast difference in mechanical, thermal and electrical properties of the materials being used.

Friction stir welding (FSW) is capable of joining dissimilar materials such as aluminum (Al) and copper (Cu). Friction stir welding (FSW) is a solid state joining process that uses a rapidly-rotating, non-consumable high strength tool.

Title: Manufacturing of Aluminium Profiles Through Extrusion Process

Description:

Aluminium extrusion is used for a wide range of purposes, including components of the International Space Station.

Hence, through the study we could understand the steps involved in manufacturing aluminium profiles.

Title: Swing Electricity Generator

Description:

The energy from the swing is utilized to generate electricity.
