A high level position for which I am responsible for performing complex, highly responsible, and confidential administrative services for the CFO, COO, CNO, VP of Human Resources along with the VP of Quality and Risk Management. I coordinate day-to-day operations of a fast-paced office environment which requires me to be independently organize, set priorities, manage multiple complex tasks and establish and meet deadlines. Managed calendar and itineraries for Executives; advise Executives of scheduled commitments and organize meetings and business travel arrangements when necessary.
