I manage the front desk. Greeting, showing clients and off-site employees to conference rooms for training and meetings, answering the phone and working with all of the inside sales customer service representatives; helping with daily tasks.

Temporary position.
I was the Administrative assistant to the CFO, Purchasing Director, IT Department, and AP.
I had extensive duties - working on tough deadlines, preparing meeting minutes, proof-reading, month-end financial reports, extensive processing of purchase orders, and extensive spread sheet knowledge, ordering office materials, and other miscellaneous items.
Processing daily deposits and putting them into the correct accounts, processing all accounts payable checks; about 200 + at a time and mailing them out.
Working with legal contracts and preparing all paperwork for final approval and Certified Mailing.
I had to cover the receptionist desk on a bi-monthly basis.
Creating purchase orders and processing them, working with the centers to create new vendors and getting them set-up, and various other duties.

We were a Sub-contractor for Vectren Energy and I had to make sure all invoicing was done properly with area locations and meter numbers for every underground utility located. The company lost a big contract and laid-off all the employees except two, and I continued to work for him on a part time basis from 2004 – 2006.
