Description: FTE SE Hub Transactions Processing Engine: The Hub Transaction Processing Management System (TPMS) processes all incoming UFMs or transaction files from the Host back office or Reciprocal Agencies. These transactions are then sent to each Home Agency for posting, based on the business rules defined for each agency. The reconciliation files sent by the Home Agencies are processed and forwarded to the Away Agencies. These transactions are summarized and reported for settlement. The Hub will receive transponder and license plates data from the Home Agency accounts in periodic Transponder Validation Lists and will be exchanged to the Away Agency based on the designated ICD for each Agency. It is the responsibility of each Home Agency or other Interoperability Hub to ensure that transponder identifiers are unique and correlating to the proper Home Agency account.
