ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Managed a variety of projects from turnkey tenant fit-ups to full scale retail centers, including parking garages, utility relocations and upgrades, site work and offsite mitigation.

• Residential experiences include 215 luxury condos in 10 & 12 story towers, 488 upscale rentals in urban locations

• Redevelopment of an existing shopping mall into a campus style mixed-used center.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

STRATEGIC DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Kingston, MA 2001–2004, 2008 -present

Project Manager for Owners of development projects. Responsibilities include permitting, managing design, on-site construction management, approving change orders, pay applications, and maintaining schedule. A large part of the responsibilities is to interact with the designers and consultants to resolve issues before they become a major issue.

Current projects: Sept. 2016 - present

RC May Associates/JM Corcoran. OPM for the development of two high end residential projects. One is a 265-unit comprising of two 5 story buildings and a row of townhouses.at Union Point in Weymouth, MA. The second is a 169-unit 6 story building in downtown Providence, RI., on a former brownfield bordering Amtrak on one side and a canal on the other. Responsibilities include budget, change orders, design changes and schedule.

Most recent projects:

Coast & Harbor, Lynnfield, MA/ Massachusetts Convention Center Authority in 2016. Managed capital projects at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the Hynes Auditorium.

The Wilder Companies, a Boston based developer of retail centers. OPM for the development of a 700,000 sf. open air retail center site in Newburgh, NY for from 2014 - 2016. My responsibilities included management of preconstruction activities, design of turnkey buildings, permitting, proforma and assisting leasing agents in negotiating leases. Project was canceled due to lack of funding.

Other projects included a 54 residential in Cambridge, MA, power substations in Norwood, MA and Mansfield, MA. and pre-construction for the redevelopment of a shopping mall in Springfield, VA.

GENERAL GROWTH PROPERTIES, INC Chicago, IL 1994 – 1998, 2004 - 2008

Project Construction Manager for various projects from turnkey retail buildings to shopping malls and mixed-use retail/residential centers. Major projects include the Natick Mall and Nouvelle at Natick luxury condos in Natick, MA, the Brass Mill Center, Waterbury, CT. and Shopper’s World, Framingham, MA.

PRIOR EXPERIENCES: Condominiums in Boston’s South End, McDonald’s N.E. Region, Purity Supreme Supermarkets in eastern MA, Au Bon Pain Restaurants in Boston and New York, and expanding/ updating existing retail centers for W/S Development.
