Summary

Soon after my post-grad in computer applications, I was exposed to Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics at Accenture, where I joined as a software developer. Since then, the BI bug had hit me, and I had the first-hand experience to see how BI products help clients make informed decisions. Accenture sent me to Australia in Sydney to work as a BI consultant, and I loved this transition. I worked directly with the business at major Australian clients – National Broadband Network and Telstra. Since then, I had some great business analysis and data analysis experience in business intelligence applications. I feel great motivation in delivering business intelligence solutions that help my clients make informed decisions.

Remediated the data mismatches within the Enterprise location management system by half, using ODI integrations, VBA code and advanced excel plugin in OBIEE; identified and documented all the location management discrepancies.

Identified the issues with existing ELMS’s code in ODI to resolve the issues with the addressing data (using String modelling) which is coming from various source systems.

Created daily reports in OBIEE to display the stats of incoming, outgoing and remediated addressing data.

Performed reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts to resolve the spelling issues in street names.
