Currently I am looking for employment. I have over 30 years in construction with over 25 years in supervision, management, and QA/QC/Inspection at various levels. I speak Spanish and have current TWIC, Basic Plus from Houston Area Safety Council, and OSHA 30 certifications.

My experience includes various energy sector and infrastructure projects. These include oil, gas, petrochemical, and power industries in facilities onshore and offshore, and heavy highway and bridges, and airports. My experience also includes heavy industrial, commercial, and residential construction; both new and additions, renovations, demolition, shutdowns, turnarounds, plant outages, etc. I am familiar with AWS, ACI, ASME/ANSI, API, DOT, NACE, NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and DIN standards and regulations, as well as many others.

I have performed engineering and design work, PSSR’s and commissioning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, change order negotiation, material purchasing/acquisition, subcontractor evaluation, hiring, coordination and management, camp management, and other daily activities.

My duties have included management of the following: Earthworks, drainage, concrete, structural steel, cross country pipelines and pipeline renovation, refineries, gas plants, chemical plants, process piping, hydrotesting, tank construction and renovation, generators, turbines, compressors, electrical installations (many types), pumps, motors, plumbing, office complexes, control buildings, worker camps, powerplants, offshore platforms and pipelines, equipment coordination, demolition, water treatment plants, cement plants, desalination plants, roads, bridges, airports, petroleum product distribution and transportation facilities, fuel storage and distribution, compressor stations, drilling camps, US Embassy construction along with living quarters, etc. My piping work alone includes steel, stainless exotic alloys, FRP, HDPE and MDPE, concrete, concrete coated, FBE coated pipe, Plastibond, coiled tubing, Zap-Lok compressive fit, as well as other types.

I am interested in a position such as Owner Representative, Construction Manager, Inspector, QA/QC Manager/Representative, Superintendent, Supervisor, Coordinator, Controller, Foreman, Safety Representative, or similar. I am willing to work at any location on any schedule required, contract or permanent, long or short term.
