UTILITY SCALE PV POWER PLANT PROJECT MANAGER

Location: SPAIN – Alicante - Av del Pla de Mesell, 8, - El Campello

Risen Energy Solar Project is EPC and IPP company backed by Risen Energy Co., Ltd which is well known as global Tier1 manufacture for high efficiency solar module. We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to deploy our Large Utility Scale Projects overseas.

The Project Manger must know the PV Plant Design in detail, must understand the Customer Requirements and must assure the PV Plan construction and deployment happen according the contractual, quality and construction schedule agreed. The Project Manager is the highest hierarchical position on the Construction/Deployment of Risen Energy PV Projects and requires professional proficiency, outstanding leadership manners and team building capabilities.

Requirements:

Must have

Strong knowledge of electrical, civil and structural design components

Minimum of 7-year experience in project management of Utility Scale PV Power Plant

Project Management of PV Power Plant Projects above 50MW (at least 2 projects)

Knowledge of electric substation, transmission line and interconnection system, commissioning and integration process

Familiarity with design codes & standards for design and construction of utility scale solar PV systems

Proficiency in PVsyst and AutoCAD

Strong verbal / written communication skills, Fluent in English

Execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Nice to have

Familiarized with the international standards which apply to PV Solar Projects

Connections with developer and contractors

Responsibilities:

Flexibility to travel and live in the Project s Region during the Project Construction

Responsible for creating the project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) with the scope and required documentation and stakeholders.

Responsible to establishing the milestones of the project.

Responsible to establishing a schedule per project with the baselines, correct task sequence and interdependences, critical path upon a common approval program by the sponsors and stakeholders (Gantt Chart).

Update the project schedule (Gantt Chart) by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving all possible deviations.

Responsible to track the project variants: time, cost, scope and quality for each project.

Responsible for the project lifecycle (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Monitoring, Closing the Project).

Responsible for the Changing Control Board with the Steering Committee.

Responsible for the defining the scope of works, guarantees, liquidated damages in the contract agreements with subcontractors.

Select and hire the appropriate resources to execute the project construction.

Define the Project Construction Organization Chart

Define clearly the share of responsibility between all the involved stakeholders.

Define clearly escalation path to all involved stakeholders.

Responsible to support all the stakeholders to perform their tasks and duties.

Responsible for the risk assessment and mitigation plan.

Responsible to share periodic reports with the project execution status and progress.

Responsible to assure the accomplish on the Payment Milestones.

Responsible to assure the project execution under the planned budget.

Responsible to negotiate contracts and agreeing project objectives, scope of works, share of responsibility, contractual guarantees, penalties, bonus.

Responsible to organize the various professional people working on a project.

Responsible to implement the Quality Assure Management.

Responsible to assure the suppliers accomplish the agreed lead times

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Establish any needed process to achieve successfully the project execution.

Perform accurate system sizing calculations and optimizations

Assure the design adherence to grid compliance and permitting requirements

Develop technical specifications and scopes of work for contractors

Evaluate the bill of materials based on the design requirements

Deploy the Logistic plan needed to the material arrival and installation during the construction

Provide engineering and technical support in order to support the cost control for the project

Work across functionally with Design Team, Logistic, Construction and Financial teams

Adopting necessary document control measures to assure the project tracking and the improve the As-built documentation issuing.

Assure all Customers and own forms are full filled correctly according the project milestones and established processes.
