Armored Car Contract Administrator/Sprint
Contract Position
In this role my job function was to be the Single point of contact for the administration of the contract between Sprint and the Garda Armor Car Company.
Insure issues from this contract are addressed for all of the stake holders:
Communicate via phone, email and IM with Store Management, Corporate Treasury Department, Corporate Project Managers and Vendor for Armored Car Delivery Services
Insure Contract SLA ‘s was adhered to regarding Stores Pickups and Delivery of Cash from store to the Bank Hubs. This was completed by monitoring Armored Car Service Email account and responding in a timely manner via email and phone.
Tracking and documenting issues with the use of excel spreadsheets.
Using the information tracking system to verify accuracy of billing by Vendor.
There are currently 1800 Company & Dealer locations that were service by this contract.
In addition to the Contract Administrator roll, I assisted the Security Alarm Administrator in a special project to set electronic files to house copies of the Security Alarm System Permits and False Alarm documentation. Due to pending merger with T-Mobile some operations are being put on hold so work staff is being reduced.

March 2017 Ernst & Young won the engagement contract to take over the Sprint Business Personal Property. Ernst and Young had no Client Staff in Midwest Region to take on such a large client.
