ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Responsible for development of all HSE Training; Safety Induction, Training Course Training for Supervision, Work place site safety training.

Major activities like implementation of management safety policies, site safety induction, regular safety inspections, conducting training and safety meetings very frequently, assigning suitable personal protective equipment to all the employees respectively etc.

Conducting tool box talks & safety induction to workers, safety meetings to employees and sometimes to the client. Checking the permits providing safe access, barricades, life line and nets, providing sign boards, providing safe working conditions on site.

Fire extinguishers are located in the correct place; provide weekly reports and monthly status to Company Safety Manager.

Subcontractors are working in a safe manner and complying with the site safety rules. These help me to achieve Zero Accident Performance.
