(vendors, factories, freight consolidators, shipping lines, de-consolidators, distribution centers, retail stores, and financial institutions). After development completed, project-managed implementations of system for the major retailers.

Results: Implemented 40+ retailers and 3000+ retail factories worldwide on system, generating $40M in annual subscription revenue. Increased % of factories that achieve compliance with retailer requirements from 30% to 95%. Increased average supply chain throughput 35%. Dramatically streamlined and optimized key operations for retail clients and their trading partners.

• Retail Supply Chain Management System - Client Migrations. Project-managed the migration of retail clients and vendors to new supply chain system platform (powered by GT-Nexus). Project added new modules for factory paperless invoicing and retailer financial payment and settlement (fund transfers). Results: Completed client migration on time with minimal disruption to client retailers’ supply chains (vendors, factories, logistics services providers, and financial services providers). Reduced shipment to payment time from weeks to days.

• WebSphere Commerce UPC Label Ordering System - Client Implementations. Project-managed the analysis, configuration, and deployment of ordering system for retail clients and their vendors & factories. Results: Increased customer ordering automation from 38% in 2013 to 65% in 2015.

• Compliance Express Ticket Ordering System - Client Migrations. Project-managed the migration of retail factory clients from Compliance Express system to new ordering system platform (IBM WebSphere Commerce).

Results: Completed retailer, vendor and factory migrations with minimal unscheduled downtime and delivered on time and within budget.

• Footwear Shoe Graphic Management System. Designed and managed development of system for Footwear retailers to manage, track and distribute image files to be printed on shoe boxes, UPC barcode labels, and RFID labels for delivery to factories. Design UI/UX design and wire-framed (UI) user interface. Results: Delivered system that replaced error-prone manual shoe label process. Reduced image errors and label reprinting, and resulting late factory shipments by 90%.

• Factory UCC-128 Shipping Carton Planning Module. Designed and managed development of complex module to enable retail vendors and factories to graphically view, plan and manage merchandise production and packing at the UCC-128 carton level.

Results: Reduced factory label order errors by 65%. Increased factory carton packing accuracy and ASN shipping data accuracy by 50%.
