Spearheaded Change Control Board (CCB) for 3GMSC and WCS, including feature negotiation, maintenance, budgeting, and assisting with business cases to drive customer retention and acquisition of new contracts.

Coordinated Spatial Wireless WCS software roadmap and liaised with major North American Wireless operators including twice monthly status updates in Seattle, WA resulting in a start-up purchase by Alcatel. WCS grew to utilize a 1,000 member R&D team across seven countries. Product deployed globally to 60+ telecom operators.

Managed product lifecycle (SDLC) for both Lucent 3GMSC and Spatial WCS (Wireless Call Server) usng MS Project.
