SUMMARY:

Hands-on Industrial Manufacturing Inspector/Technician with over ten years’ experience in assembly and production, manufacturing, quality assurance and control, and inspection. Experienced inspecting numerous forms of circuit boards, assemblies, coatings, cables, harness’s, soldering, brazing, and welding. I also possess a proven ability to maintain project quality control, safety standards, and production goals in an industrial manufacturing or environmentally controlled setting. Familiar with, and working-knowledge of Process Verification, Perform audits as required, First Piece Inspection, First Article Inspection, parts verification, conformal coating, sub-assemblies, final assemblies, cGMP, GHS, Lab Standard 29 OSHA, CFR 1910.1200. and ISO 13248.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Inspection/Quality Control:

Experience inspecting Circuit Card Assemblies, Sub-assemblies, Fiber Optics, Conformal Coating, Cables, and Cable Harnesses. Experience reading and analyzing blue prints, technical drawings, and production reports.

Responsible for ensuring quality processes are followed, perform audits as required, builds are to print, and all components are correct to the material listed in MBOM, OBOM, E-Factory, Solumina, and SAP.

Experience inspecting numerous forms and techniques of soldering, brazing, welding, and fabrications.

Experience working with Class III, IPC’s, J-Standards, 6 S’ standards, Kaizen, multiple ISO’s, and Six Sigma.

Manufacturing/Production:

Coordinated production forecasts and ensured project production quotas were completed and to specifications.

Trained in welding techniques including ARC, MIG, TIG, Spot and OXY Fuel. Operated welders and soldering irons.

Experienced soldering fine-pitch circuit boards, potting, flux wire, component placement, and wave soldering. Working knowledge of ILX Light Wave reader, Agilent, and Yokagawa OTDR light measurement gauge.

Experience manufacturing and working with electronics, assemblies, molds, plastics, acrylics and various metals.
