Created a web-based inventory control system to monitor components and reorder requirements using PHP, Access, Bootstrap3 and LESS.

Built, configured and installed interactive voice response systems at banks and thrifts nationally and in Canada.

Streamlined the building and configuration of IVR servers.

Organized Windows migration projects and VM installations.

User Interface Web Developer 2009 - Present

Web development using HTML5, PHP/MySQL, Javascript/jQuery, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, ASP, XML and WordPress. Sites include Spring City Borough, political campaigns, Spring-Ford Area Historical Society, National Association of Aladdin Lamp Collectors (NAALC) and Lions Club among others.

Created flexible interactive pages for the NAALC to boost member interest and interaction with the site. Currently, developing and interactive FAQ and auction pages for members only that has a common theme and easy user interaction.

Added e-commerce portals for the Lions Club using Open Cart and for NAALC with custom market place using shopping cart, payment and fulfillment integration with PayPal.

Installed a third party web based visitor registration system (Access Sentry); modifying its look and feel to more comfortably be used by both security guards and management personnel (HTML, ASP, SQL server, CSS). Created custom interface and statistical reports.

Designed scripting and user interaction with an IVR application integrating it with a small local call center application and PBX integration.

Developed tools and models to analyze financial impact of merger and acquisition activity. Manipulated human resource data for non-employee conversion to PeopleSoft on-boarding.

Created reusable software modules that reduced coding and testing of commonly used features and utilities. The software module created a consistent, friendly user interface across multiple utilities and applications, creating a common documentation module while reducing coding and testing requirements on new development.

Provided software support and development of enhancements to proprietary scale and manifesting system.
