Supported a compliment of 400 partners, principals and associates within the East Tax Region of this #1 ranked international accounting firm in the management of their billed receivables portfolio, totaling $120mm to $130mm at any given point in time. This represented a client base of > 5,000 clients, serviced out of 12 major East Coast commercial business centers, as well as satellite offices. During this engagement, I was personally responsible for, or made a major contribution resulting in the collection of $460mm in receivable assets, requiring direct contact with senior level personnel at both domestic and international banks, real estate and insurance companies, investment firms, hedge funds, major manufacturers and recognized wealth individuals and trust funds. As I leave the engagement my direct assignments currently total 25% of the most seriously delinquent client invoices.

My initial responsibilities were to travel to Ohio on multiple occasions to review the portfolio, and to evaluate the collectability in order to place a realistic valuation on the asset. Consistently maintained the lowest DSO of all domestic operating companies, and served as Chairman of the J&J Credit Conference 1978/80. Also served from 1981 to 1982 on the project team that lead to the establishment of the Hospital Services Group, ultimately resulting in the consolidation of 10 divisions in the areas of credit, A/R and logistics management.
