Managed a retail store build out and then expansion project $225k in value. I navigated village and city approvals and inspections through certificate of occupancy for both build out and expansion projects. Initial build out was 1300 sq ft and expansion project was 2600 sq ft. Managed and created the work breakdown structure in MS Project and Excel. Created risk and opportunity register at beginning of job to find opportunities to offset any realized risks which allowed cost and schedule to cover an undocumented sewage pipe in an interior wall which was coming down and several minor issues. Fiercely and successfully negotiated with landlord to cover electrical wiring upgrade needed which was not up to commercial codes.

Reorganized entire ALIS engineering organization to better align to work and larger organization. Successfully delivering Initial Operating Capability to each of the services on time. Implemented a hybrid agile/waterfall Software Development Life Cycle using Clarity and utilizing SCRUMS to allow customers earlier access to early code to find operational issues. Turned around a red SPI $1B+ helicopter upgrade program to deliver within committed financial targets and within customer schedule. The helicopter upgrade included an upgrade to the training facilities in Cornwall which I managed through a matrixed team in multiple locations.
Grew Commercial IT portfolio x3 within 3 years, primary customer being the UK Royal Mail. Managed from inception to roll-out an online and mobile stamp buying application including integration with existing Royal Mail systems.
