Prepare confidential reporting for HR functions including EEOC reporting, monthly turnover, and retention rates.

Develop, implement and interpret policies, procedures, and best practices for employee relations, recruiting strategies, safety, compensation, record keeping, and benefit administration.

Lead efforts in employee recognition and engagement, manage employee of the month, present award monthly in meeting.

Audit and maintain personnel, benefits, and medical records.

Benefits administration.

Experience in administration of health & safety initiatives, employee leaves, garnishments, and workers compensation.

Strong verbal and written communicator, able to interact with all employee levels and a team-player with a high degree of integrity.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced, growing business environment.
