In charge of coordinating all planning, design and construction professionals through project completion. This project is being constructed in Yosemite National Park for The Nature Bridge non-profit. This project consists of environmental classrooms, community buildings and residential bungalows. Project is ongoing for Thompson Dorfman Partners. ($12 Million)

In charge of coordinating all planning, design and construction professionals through project completion. Acted as Owner’s Representative for the apartment/townhome development. Also responsible for overseeing entire construction process through building occupancy. This is a 60 unit, 11 Building, Independent Senior Living community, along with 6,500 SF Community. Project is designed for passive solar and has Photovoltaic panels that achieve 75% of the total power for the community. Tax Credit Project ($12 Million)

Also responsible for overseeing entire construction process through building occupancy. This is a 32 unit, 7 Building, Independent Senior Living community, along with 5,500 SF Community. Project is designed for passive solar and has Photovoltaic panels that achieve 75% of the total power for the community. Tax Credit Project ($7.7 Million)
Kaibeto Creek Senior Living (24 Units)- (Pre-Con Manager) in charge of coordinating all planning and design professionals through approval of Construction and Building Plans. Also responsible for overseeing entire construction process through building occupancy. This is a 24 unit Independent Senior Living community, along with an 8,500 SF community building, with Health Clinic. This project is on the Navajo Reservation and is still in process. HUD and Navajo Housing Authority Project ($7 Million)

Sterling Point Apartments (200 Units/Multi-Family)- (Project Manager) for American Homebuilders, Inc., in building and developing a 200 unit, 4-story, luxury apartment complex in Flagstaff, AZ. ($30 Million)
Winslow Residence Hall (Commercial High School Campus/Dorm)-(PM/Site Superintendent) for Boldt Construction on a 60,000 SF dormitory in Winslow, AZ. ($12 million)
Northland Preparatory Academy (Commercial High School Campus New and Remodel-(Superintendent ) with BWC, Inc. on a 20,000 SF remodel and addition for local high school in Flagstaff, AZ. ($7.5 million)
Rio Homes Subdivision (175 Unit Townhome Community)- (Superintendent) for AZNORTH Realty on a 175 unit subdivision in Flagstaff, AZ. Closed on (11) Homes in one month.

Planning/Development
Subdivision design-acted as an Urban Planner/Designer for Woodson Engineering & Surveying. Performed due diligence, site feasibility, design, and presentation to local jurisdictions for the Rockridge West, Rimrock and Hutchison Acres Subdivisions in State of Arizona.
Site design-Worked as a Planner and Designer on more than 30 site plans in both Tucson and Flagstaff (David Evans & Associates and Woodson Engineering & Surveying) Attended utility and development review meetings to present development and construction plans. Attend and present concepts for Rezoning Approval at City and County meetings.
Responsible for Site Acquisition, Due Diligence, Environmental Reports, PUD, Rezoning and Site Layout for over six(6) large scale Senior Living Communities for the Foundation for Senior Living all over the State of Arizona. In charge of processing the design through the Development Review process in multiple jurisdictions.
Reports/feasibility studies-performed due diligence and feasibility studies for over 30 parcels (commercial and residential). Prepared and wrote (7) Phase I environmental site assessments in Tucson and Flagstaff.
Grant/Urban Planning/Design-Awarded $1.5 million TEA-21Grant for the City of Winslow. Included redesign of downtown Winslow Streetscape, Lighting, and Park Design along Historic Rt. 66.
