The City of Glendale, CO 950 S Birch Street, Glendale, CO 80246 From Sep 2017 to Apr 2018 I tracked fees for and processed all 2017 contract licenses renewals and new applications into 2018; I tracked, processed and created all permits associated with the active contract licenses within 48 business hours from initial submission; I created daily inspection reports for Inspectors/Code Enforcers; I coordinated distribution of field plan reviews to outside Inspectors; I handled all incoming calls and acted as liaison between the Enforcers and the Contractors; I scanned electronic files and created bulk pdf documentation records for the tax audit department; I shared cashier duties; I created a new template for the permit application; I answered questions regarding the building code; I taught myself the Tyler/Incode and Bluebeam software programs.
