Assign Elizabeth Fire Department and Elizabeth EMS teams to 911 calls and emergency situations. Manage a crew of 20 dispatchers, call takers and city camera operators.
• Monitor public and private alarms and dispatch detectives and police to investigate. Maintain access to all city surveillance cameras. Skilled in reviewing public and private surveillance video to gather information and evidence.
• Perform written evaluations of police officers, detectives, dispatchers and civilian employees on a quarterly and annual basis. Orient and train new staff members.
• As Patrol Sergeant, manage all aspects of police work and a squad of 20 officers.
