Title: JIGS AND FIXTURES USING VOLUTE CASING

DECCAN PUMPS- COIMBATORE

Description:

In recent we found many problems in pump industry for drilling the hole and threading in volute casing in pump industry.

It planned with many innovative ideas to overcome the above problem with the concept of saving time and increase the production of volute casing. In our project JIGS AND FIXTURES, An additional attachment is made in already existing jigs. During drill the hole in volute casing of one side it required minimum 10 min for both drilling and threading. In jigs and fixture attach of u- clamp both side of jigs is reduce the time and increase the production and also less man power. Certification
