Support development and maintenance of SSIS packages for client’s DCOE business unit using Visual Studio 2015, Sql Server 2016. Modifying existing Dashboard to meet’s users’ requirements.

Avidxchange, Charlotte, NC: Sr. Data Warehouse, June 2017 – April 2018

Support development and maintenance of Company’s Data Warehouse. Converted existing Data Warehouse from Postgres SQL to SQL Server. The old DW was built on a product called Greenplum. The process involved re-writing the postgres sql to T-Sql. Creating new SSIS packages using Visual Studio 2015 and Sql Server 2016 to Extract, Transform, and Load the Dimension and Fact tables that make up the Warehouse. Business users were provided access to the data using ODS tables.

Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, Kannapolis, NC: Sr. BI Developer, Oct 2016 – June2017

There are approximately 550 SSIS packages that are used to Extract, Transform, and Load the Dimension and Fact tables that make up the Warehouse. SSAS is used to support the Cube. Existing SSIS and SSAS solutions are built on Visual Studio 2008, Sql Server 2008. Currently working on migrating to Visual Studio 2015 and Sql Server 2016. This project will complete in first week of April. The SSIS packages are being converted into Project Deployment model.

SonicAutomotive, Charlotte, NC: Sr. BI/DB Developer, April 2016 - Oct 2016

Support development and maintenance Inventory Model. This model predicts what vehicles to buy at auctions, which stores to send the bough vehicles, how to replenish stores when a vehicle is sold using historic data. It is implemented in SQL and called via SSIS packages. SqlServer 2014 and Visual Studio 2013.
